- Please ensure that you book the correct option for your chosen route and departure day, as you will need to input your preferred departure time upon booking. If the departure time you input doesn't correspond to your selected ferry option, your booking will be rejected, and no refunds will be issued.

- This is valid for foreign visitors and cannot be used by Chinese citizens, including Hong Kong and Macau residents.
- Please ensure your full name provided upon booking matches that on your passport. The host reserves the right to reject guests if they fail to provide a corresponding photograph documentation.

- In cases of extreme weather conditions, this service may not be operational.
- The ferry operating hours may change without prior notice.

- Please note that TurboJET has a strict no-show policy. No refund or exchange will be offered to passengers should he be unable to board the vessel on the scheduled time.
- An amendment fee applies for a change of date and schedule. You may dial the customer service hotline on the e-voucher.
- No change of date and schedule is allowed for departures in less than three working days.

- Children below one year old can travel free of charge, but must share a seat with a parent or guardian.
- Children must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
